Hard day yesterday .  Around noon I went down for the count.  I took imitrex and a vicodin, then a half...I couldn't even go pick up Lucy.  I got a brief surge  - enough to pick up Lucy - and then I took her for a walk.  I HAD to get some exercise.  I slept in, still not well.  Took another imitrex.  I'll hit the gym soon - go slow - then shop for some food.  I'll take pills tonight so I can go to the Halloween party.  I've got too many people expecting me - to not show up. Oct 30 - 3 1/2 Vicodin, 2 imitrex, 2 valium - I decided sleep was important and pain gets me all cranked up so I cant sleep
