I took a vicodin in church today ...and one last night during the movie.  It's the sitting still that really gets me.  I still feel 1000% better than I did so I'm not going to mourn a little pain.  I'm extremely lucky to have a pain med that works...and at the lowest dose, too! Got my fifth B12 shot last night and I think that makes a huge difference.  I'm dropping a bit of weight now that I have energy and I don't rely so much on chocolate to self-medicate.  I haven't had a prayer at losing weight for so long - it seems foolish to count on it - but oh...to have a flat tummy would be so nice.  (flat as in "don't look pregnant" I'll never be thin) I got really agitated in church.  the preacher was bombing and I find it agonizing.  I get embarrassed for him (he is the assoc) and I just want to leave.  It is part of the bipolar thing that I get SO very agitated that I feel as if I literally am about to explode.  I didn't go for coffee and instead took the dog for a brisk walk - that helped enormously. I've got a canvas ready - almost to paint and that will be fun and therapeutic as well.  I'm not doing much work.  OH...I did a great job for the board yesterday and taught the little darlings as church so...I've been DOING stuff.  Just not work, work.

It is so hard to lose weight. I have to admit since I have been so sick I am smaller than I have ever been, but it is because I just don\'t feel like eating. I will pray for you. Prayer also for your preacher. I pray for my pastor - husband all the time. I am thankful when he does preach - he depends totally on God and is so close to Him that God just works through him.
Sounds like to me that you work hard at doing things that will help you spiritually and emotionally. I have to admit that I am prone to sit back and many times just get on my pitty party. So I am trying to work at finding things that I can do and do them. Love and Prayers, Berta
