Zero vicodin yesterday.   Slept alot.  Pain was significant but bearable.  No valium needed. Out of sorts this morning. Sometimes I think the vicodin leaves me to crash mentally.  I went to the gym to shake it off and then out to lunch with mother's friends - my friends now.
