I'm back from travel and thrilled to be home.  I left Sunday and except for an emergency landing in NM we were hardly delayed at all. Vicodin Sunday 1 then 1/2 in two hours then 1 again.  Total of 4 1/2Monday - did really well teaching.  Had lunch with the group and finished up without needing pain meds.  I did take one that evening on the flight to Phoenix and another with a valium to sleep.Tuesday.  In pain from the begining.  Had to lie down during breaks and lunch.  didn't take a pain pill until 1, then 5, and 9 with 1/2 thrown in at 7.  Took a valium at 9 and at 1 a.m. Woke up feeling good this morning.  Only took a vicodin as I was getting on the plane but needed 1/2 in 2 hrs. took another then another 1/2, then anotherWednesday 3 and 1/2...wont need valium tonight...I'm exhausted.  But that's turned upside down before hasn't it?
