I woke up  feeling good.  As in - I could get out of bed as long as I did it slowly so the pain came in waves instead of all at once. I didn't sleep but I'm not tired.  Go figure.Yesterday in the afternoon I crashed and took a vicodin for the pain so I could go to my cousins art show.  PLUS a cup of coffee.  Maybe that's why I didn't sleep.  Tough call.  I couldn's have made it to the art show without it.  Sigh.  Anyway, I got no need of vicodin this morning and I'm hoping it lasts all day long.  I'm committed to taking it easy.  I will go to the grocery store but NO trips to Lowe's - I'm cut off until next week.  I lose track of time and by the time I leave I have to crash.  After I run group at the homeless shelter, grocery store and then NOTHING.  I promise.  oooh I can feel the itch...can't I just pick out a paint color and return those lampshades? No. Is this what crack addiction feels like? I'm kidding of course - but resisting the desire to be up and about, doing things feels crazy.  and yet I've got data that it shuts me down for the next day or more.  Resting is hard when I'm "up" brain wise.  Fibromyalgia and bipolar mania - what a cocktail.
