TGIF

ALL WEEK...... I smell like an old woman, yea.  I went to the Nutcracker last night with my husband. He had never been. If it weren't for him I'd gone straight to bed. I'm 16 days on the Wii now.  It is silly fun and I still get exercise.  I thought I'd pulled something in my back as is not the usual pain. If it weren't for pain meds and Bengay I'd never made it this week. Last night was a late night.  Whenever I don't get sleep I'm in pain in general, today is almost unbearable!  I think I'm in a flare? Can you flare in your back? In your muscles? In your neck? OMG, this day is down my right arm, molten lava back in my freaking elbow (where'd I put that damn brace?) and my right shoulder, still in my back and neck. My hand is going numb and tingly.  Oh the joy of Lupus!  I will concentrate on being positive and try not to worry what would be causing this.
