Soooo Sleepy, so very, very sleepy.  Hate time change.  I am going to fall asleep at my desk!  Yesterday I went to lovely massage lady.  Best massage I've ever had.  Am so grateful to God for the College of Massage Therapy, otherwise could not afford massages.  Grateful to DS friend who is addicted to water also.  Keep swimmin, keep swimmin, I'm gonna keep on swimming  I feel a little silly today.  1st day without dreaded headache in I don't know how long!
