Exhausted
Without condoning, condemning, or feeling sorry for myself, I must admit that I carry the greater share of blame for the failure of the majority of my past romantic relationships.
Of course, re: the latest one, if she hadn't bitten me, scratched me, shoved me, stabbed me with a screwdriver, or tried to light my car on fire with me inside, I would have found it easier to motivate myself to work on the relationship.
Still, I am accountable for everything I say and do. So, from now on, if a woman appears to be severely mentally unstable, I shall not date her. I know that sounds heartless, but I am tired of being the glue that holds someone together. I'm exhausted, I'm a lousy glue, and I want an equal, not a client.
