DAD

As you know, dad had a stroke. He did open his eyes, is breathing on his own and mouthed the word "water." The weekend was very long and trying. It was upsetting to see dad in that condition. If the brain stem can remain intact, the rdamaged side not liquify, there is no bleeding and the heart does okay, he can be rehabilitated. Steppmother  wants to stay in the house which is a COPD's worst nightmare. We are trying to get Advanced Directives for both of them.
I got to see all 4 sibs, though and that was nice.
