Had a great swim in the ocean this morning.  The best swim I've had since starting treatment. Swam to the Marine Room and back (about 1.5 miles round trip). Saw dolphins 2 times which is fun and good luck.  Well... it is fun once you see the dorsal fin in curved....pointed dorsal fin = JAWS in my mind...... don't want to have to try walking on water (ha,ha). The group of 6 swimming friends were all there for a change which added to the fun.  Home for the rest of the day and will have a quiet 4th, not into the crowds so a lazy day at home sounds good.Feeling good today and thankful for that. I hope my fellow heppers are having a good day as well.
