Had an appointment with my GI today. Was hoping to find out what my viral load was but that wasn't done with the last set of bloodwork. Dr. said my enzyme levels were looking better which is a good sign, red and white blood counts were looking ok. Had bloodwork done today that included viral load and will have to wait to hear from the Dr. office. Patience is a virture ....which I don't have!
This disease may teach me patience by the time I'm done though.
Made it for swim at lunch. Able to do a mile still if I go really easy. Might be getting a bit tougher.... I'll wait to see how the next few days go.
Off to a lecture at the zoo this evening about the "Dolphins of Katrina", should be interesting.
Hope my Hepper friends are having a good or ok day.

Oh how cool I had read about those dolphines during the Katrina days you\'ll have to share. A group I support called Best Friends Animals Society out of Utah are the ones who did most of the rescues of cats, dogs, even horses and some other family pets too. I have a couple of friends up here who are from there and their families lost everything. We all got together and helped them get back on their feet and both families are doing well now. You\'ll learn a lot more than patience from this journey....
KitKat - Thanks for helping out those friends of yours. I can\'t imagine loosing everything in your life that is normal. Always good to meet another animal lover too! Regarding learning along this journey...yeah there are days when I\'ve had to learn a whole lot more than I wanted too (ha,ha). \"Builds character\" yeah right! (ha,ha)
