Well another month is here and not much to update, I turned 50 I have a woman half my age trying to get me to divorce my wife and be with her..not likely :) . The tempreature is getting colder...I like it that way :) My kids have found new appartements to live in and are doing very well. I need to get back to walking and loose the tonage :) Wife still acts like brother and sister to me W/O any Intimacy, we hug and kiss but that is all ;( bummer. Oh well that is it for 10/6/08

Thanks for sharing that Jerry...and may I respond by telling you that I decided to be brave at last after 5 months, and wrote to him to say I would no longer accept his silence and unwillingness to explain to me what had happened to him. He had hurt me and I deserved some sort of explanation. Could it be that he had a depressive problem and couldn\'t face up to it or discuss it with anyone? And why not with somebody who loved him and would do anything to help?
I keep coming back to a metaphor that came to me months ago, and I passed it on to him: that you need to see the bottom of the pit so that you know where to stand, and thus be able to look up and search for the light, and then fight your way up to it.
It\'s possible he\'ll reply as usual, which is to avoid mentioning whatever he would rather avoid, but I have cheered up a little, sufficient to accept that I may have lost him, but that I\'m not going to let him get away without a word.
Do BP\'s fall for people during their euphoria stage and then go stone cold when they come back down? Perhaps I should ask the advice forum?
