What a difference a day makes, last week I got another job. I am doing fine again; I was blessed to get a better job than the one that I was laid off from. It is for a better employer and a more stable environment. So even thought I thought things were getting bad it just prepped me for a surprise in life and rewarded me for being patient and upbeat with my life. My wife is being more attentive and even thought I have that occasional “moment” where I have doubts things continue to get better. I have been doing a lot of home improvements and keeping busy, the auto mechanic for my daughter and the bank for my son. I am continually surprised at life and the weird twists and turns that are thrown at you. I try to look at the glass as half full and not half empty; things could be a lot worse. I know I have been in worse conditions before; I just have to quit making a reservation for one at one of my “pity” parties. So I will wake up tomorrow get ready for work again and take it one step at a time.
