So far so good

Ever since my H told me that he and his OW had agreed to finally (14 months after DDay) stop ALL non-work contact I feel I am starting to come through this. I have found no evidence that they are lying and as a consequence I have been stable now for 3 weeks- a record! No breakdowns, no tears and no paranoia. I so hope this lasts....
