i am feeling much better, as my new medication has helped with my moods and in the long-run my attitude has improved, not perfect just somewhat improved.We have snow on the ground and we are not even in November yet.i plan to walk today, my doctor says my cholestoral is high and that i need to diet.....

hi ianrou, my cholestoral has do do with all that fish i have been eating, instead of frying it i should have broiled it.
