46% Wednesday

Same as the usual pattern.Woke up and felt it.It stayed with me all morning.Wasn't thumping or overly violent but it did cause a little light headedness when I got up too quickly at work.It reverted at about 3pm. Just in time to head home which was nice.Feeling much better today.
