Just an update

DS is VERY slow tonight!  Very frustrating.
I went to my mom's during the snow storm that pretty much never happened.  I came home the next day.  I am trying to avoid David and even Paul to a certain extent.  For now, I am trying to lay low and stay out of the drama.  so in that respect it was a quiet week.
Work is horrible.  I had my annual kick off meeting on Thursday.  I could not wait to leave.  What a shame.  We had 7 people handling fires and large contents claims for the Eastern 1/2 of Pennsylvania.  One went out on a 2 year temporary assignment that was up this month.  We were told he is not coming back.  One was out on a 1 year temporary assignment.  she will be coming back next month.  One quit early last year.  So we were down 3 people the majority of last year.  Then, one person came in to replace the one who quit, but she ultimately went out for 2 months on medical leave.  Then all Summer, we were perpetually down 1 due to vacations.  So hear we are in the midst of "fire season."  Last week, the woman who went out on medical leave was in a car accident and may have had a seizure, which means she will not be able to drive for 6 months.  No verification yet.  One was out with the flu and one was out on vacation.  so we were down to 2!!!!!  I am getting absolutely clobbered.
I went over the Lexapro in October.  It was making me "numb."  But now I feel weepy and emotional sometimes, like perpetual PMS.  Even getting depressed sometimes.  Today, this afternoon, was a little rough.  Small panic attack, like tightness in my chest, heart racing just a little. Just feel sad and off.  I also wonder if I am dealing with a little bit of COPD.  I have my physical coming up early March and I am writing questions for the Dr.  Tired/fatigued.  No TOM since October so I wonder if this is all peri menopause/menopause related.
I went to a Penn State mens ice hockey game yesterday at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.  Lots of fun and Penn State won against University of Vermont, 4-2 in an upset.
I can't wait for Spring!  I am tired of the cold and snow, eventhough it hasn't been too terribly bad.  I have to drive tomorrow and praying we don't get a lot of snow.
I was doing really well with exercise and losing weight but totally off the charts this week and gained 3 lbs back.  That does not help with my mood.  It is the whole FLAB thing- Fristrated, Lonely, Anxious, Bored.  I have to get back on track.  Still doing personal training on Thursdays.  She killed me this past Thursday and I am still sore.
One of the things I noticed, I forgot to take my vitamin D3 and vitamins this past week and then all of this depression and muck hit.  So I am going to try to remember to take it every day for a few weeks and see if it helps.
Hope everyone is staying warm!  Think Spring!

I would love to have a storm that never made it! Those I can handle.
I hope your work gets better soon. The stress must be terrific.

Although I sometimes felt \"inferior\" not to be working anymore and not to be married, when I read the journals of married and working folks, I am very grateful to be free. Hope things improve for you soon!

It wasn\'t so bad until maybe 4 years ago or so when the economy took a nose dive. Now, American companies tell employees \"If you don\'t like it, there\'s the door. \" Our main boss of my office of 138 employees has said this several times. I also think they are trying to get rid of the people who have been there a while so they can hire someone off the street and pay then a lot less!
