Weight today:  163.5 lbs.  I did 84 minutes of Wii Walk It Out today.  I am over 14,000 steps.  I ordered a new gadget:  Fitbit.  You can check it out at Fitbit.com  I had seen the advertisements and wasn't thrilled until I got a recommendation from a friend on Sparkpeople.  Then I read the reviews, watched the videos on youtube, etc.  So I ordered it.  It tracks calories, exercise, exertion.  It even comes with this wrist band and tracks your sleep.  it downloads wirelessly.  It will take the place of my trusted Omron pedometer.  It is much smaller, fits in your pocket, vs this big pedometer.  I have actually had people think my pedometer is a cell phone!  It is supposed to be a lot more sensitive than pedometer.  Uses new accelerometer technology.  Pedometer isn't great for things like Zumba or bike riding, but this supposedly is more sensitive.  So we will see.  I will let you know.  I have to get back on my Cyberbike.  Haven't done it in a while.  We rearrange things due to Christmas tree in my family room, so the bike has been in my office.  So I will bring it out into the family room again.
21 days to Spring.  I really can't wait.  I need warmth!  I did about 1350 calories yesterday.  1660 today.  (The two pieces of cheese pizza for dinner killed me.)  I made a "skinny muffin" for breakfast.  (From Dr Oz show.)
1/4 cup ground flax
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 egg
1 packet stevia
Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug, microwave for 50 seconds on high.  Turn over the mug and the muffin pops out.  Let cool a minute or two.
1 calculated 312 calories, 17 carbs, 23 fat, 14g protein, 11 g fiber.  It was a little bland but not too bad.  He alters this by adding 2 tbsp walnuts or 2 tbsp blueberries.  I may try adding 2 tbsp of pumpkin and a 2nd pack of stevia.  but it was REALLY filling, and I have to say (excuse the grossness) but it cleaned me out today.
Its a little high in calories and fat, but it will be good for me to take on the road with me and  pick on.  This muffin was advertised on his energy boost show.
Thank you God for one uneventful day!  David's suspension is Friday.  (for the smoking in school.)  I have a meeting with one of our attorneys tomorrow to prep for a court case. (work related.) Ugh!  Oh, and I STILL don't have a stove!!  It's only been since 2 days after Christmas!  They were here again today (4th time) trying to fix it and replacing parts.  I guess eventually they will replace all of the parts!!    I want a new stove, gosh darn  it!     I mean, with the cost of all of the parts and the time for the guy to come here, I could have gotten a new stove by now!  Paul is going to start screaming to Kenmore.  I can't take this anymore.  Sheesh!

Wow! Love the info on FitBit,a s I am also an Omron wear-er. And the skinny muffin recipe sounds so very interesting! Cool on the one uneventful day (yay) and not cool (ugh) on the stove. Neat journal entry, for me, lol!

When I replaced my stove a few years back it was with an LG electric from Home Depot. Great buy and they hauled away the old one and installed this new one at no additional change. It is so good when something works out well.

I hope your stove is in good working order very soon.

Yes, Dr. OZ show has been sharing some great snakes. I just mix my ground up flax seed into water and let it sit for a bit and it goes right down when I drink it.

My focus is on \'simplifying\' life. I\'m beginning to unload \'stuff\'. Our lives just become over run by \'stuff\' it seems. I finally managed to get rid of a lot of the old VCR tapes. I have all kids of computer \'floppies\', most brand new, that I never use anymore with my new laptop - I suppose I will just dump those in the garbage also. What a waste but I don\'t know what else to do with them or if \'anyone\' even uses them any longer. I have to post some more \'stuff\' to my webstore also. I have a lot of \'new stuff\' here that has never been used and with me here by myself I doubt if it ever will be used. It is just time to \'unload\' and simplify.

((hugs))
