Well, Flyer did not win best in breed.  Bummer!  Would have been nice to say that Remmy was related to a winner of Westminster!  Kahlua, my first Gordon Setter, was related to Kirby, who not only won Best in Breed, but won Best in Group 1997-1999 and holds a record for most consecutive wins.  Came in 2nd at Best in show.  Now HE was a beautiful dog!  He was Kahlua's grandfather. 
I am down to 164.  That's good.  Calories today were low, about 1200.  David was really sick ALL night and all this AM and I got no sleep.  And I wasn't feeling so good today myself.  Went to the cardiologist this AM, and in spite of everything, it went great!  Heart looks great the Dr said.  Phew!  But I came home and had a whopper of a headache and my left ear was desperately in pain, so I took a 4+ hr nap this afternoon.  Hopefully, I headed it off at the pass.  I did do 52 minutes of Wii WIO tonight and got in lots of water.  Just not really hungry.  Ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on double fiber whole grain bread.  David went to Dr and simply has the stomach flu.  He may even be off school tomorrow.  He slept all day today.  Poor kid was so sick. 
Paul got me a dozen roses for Valentine's day and a bunch of chocolate and peanut butter ZonePerfect protein bars!  Yum!  He had the island in the kitchen all cleaned off and when I came home, there were Hallmark stuffed animals, my roses, the animals were holding my chocolate protein bars and my card that said "I waited a long time to find you."  That just made my day!  and my 2 fur babies gave me a great greeting too!  Again, I am blessed!  Just hoping I don't get the stomach flu.  I have gotten very little work done this week and really need to focus the next 2 days.
