I am stuck at 165 lbs for the last few days. Calories are around 1400 and I did 47 minutes of Wii WIO yesterday. I did get to read a couple of chapters in my book. the snow and cold and dreary kind of got me down a little. At least the sun is out today and it is up to 41 degrees. 36 more days to Spring. The dust in my house is horrendous! I just cannot keep up with it. (That and the black fur "tumbleweeds" in my kitchen from the 2 dogs, LOL!) Maybe we need our ducts cleaned?
So sad about Whitney Houston. Between her, and Michael Jackson and Heath Ledger and all of those other stars who died before their time due to drugs/alcohol, etc, it is proof that money certainly does not buy happiness. makes me truly appreciative of what I have, you know?
Paul has actually been going to the Y 3 times a week! I really need to start going. Maybe I should go in the afternoons since I can't seem to get up in the AM. My stove STILL is not working! They keep coming to fix it and it still doesn't work! Paul is going to try to fight with Kenmore to get a new one. Going on 3 months with no stove!
Remmy keeps taking the garlic out of the bin and playing with it and throwing the heads of garlic all over, peeling off the skin, chewing it (eww!) What a mess! So we had to find another place to store the garlic. I love that dog so much, but boy, he sure gets into stuff! Tonight and tomorrow is Westminster Dog Show. Donna Grant (the breeder I got Remmy from) actually has 2 Gordon Setters competing for Best In Breed!
This is Flyer. This is the one I hope wins! Isn't he beautiful? I wish I could have gone to Secaucus NJ this past weekend for the specials. One ring, 80+ of the most beautiful Gordon Setters in one place. Heaven on earth for me!

No stove for 3 months. that\'s awful. Good idea asking for a new one.
Good job with the Wii
Great that Paul is going to the Y.
How does remmy get it out of the bin? Is the bin in the refrigerator?
What a beautiful dog. I hope he wins too.
I love the dog shows. Lots of happiness and smiles to be sure.
Remmy - LOL - precious!
Dust is way down there on my \'to do\' list. It makes it up to the top every now and then but I accept the situation for what it is and know we simply must do our very best each and every day and part of that is letting go of what we cannot do also - OUCH!!! Even the contractor I had come out to give the free in home estimate has not gotten back to me, even though I have followed up with three text messages wanting to know the estimate. He must have taken a look at how ill I am and how sad the house is and figured providing the estimate would be a waste of his time? That really does hurt as it forces me to accept more of the truth I live with here when I want and need so much for my home to be repaired to allow for my health to improve. To think he did not even feel it was worth to give me the estimate. I will hold off on making a final opinion and hope he somehow is working one up for me - in detail perhaps. I better not give it too much thought - too painful really.
((hugs))
:-) Patricia
Don\'t send me any doggie kisses for awhile! LOL Super with Paul getting to the Y! Maybe he will get a T shirt????
