Just an update
I ate a lot yesterday and felt really guilty last night, and then ate some more! Ugh! The luncheon at work and meeting was ok. Famous Dave's BBQ. I had brisket, corn muffin, broccoli, baked beans, fried apples and a chocolate covered cookie. That was bad enough. but for dinner I ate McDonalds Hamburger, medium fries. Then came home and ate popcorn. Lunch alone was probably about 1300 calories! Exercise yesterday was just my bowling league last night.
So today, totally back on track. Lean Cuisine pizza, coffee, orange, strawberries, chicken noodle soup, Chobani Greek yogurt, carrots. About 1300 calories today. I did 68 minutes of Wii Walk It out and I am almost up to 13k steps for the day. Put away some laundry and yup! Still working on putting away the last of the Christmas stuff and cleaning off/putting back up my every day stuff.
Got a bunch of snow today. A few inches. Temperature dropped and it was cold and dreary and my mood just dive bombed today. I read a few chapters in my book. Will try to read tomorrow. Reading is one of my great joys in life.
Phew! Have had a couple of great days with David. Have heard several "I love you Mom" s over the last couple of days. Even a couple of unsolicited hugs! Praying the light bulb is going off in his head. I am trying to use this time to praise him and the good things. He helped out with the karate testing on Friday and all of the parents there sing his praises with how well he works with the kids. I even told David that that is truly one of his gifts and maybe something for him to think about as a career. Somewhere working with kids or animals.

I feel like I just have questions for you, lol, not so much comments. What book are you reading? How are Remmy & Kona doing? How can I figure out how to make my Wii WIO work, I haven\'t even tried in months? What are your thoughts on Sandusky? I am no help, lol. I guess my only comment tonight is that I am wishing, praying, hoping that the light bulb really did go off in David\'s head :)
I pray also that David maybe changing but I know you are holding your breath for another blowup when he can not deal with the stress of life. But if we can not have hope what is left?
That meal at Dave\'s sounded good!
Just a thought as my comment was going away. Is there a aminal rescue place that David can volunteer at? Would he be interested in something like that?
Hi Yvette! We have a Dave\'s BBQ here in Richmond, too! It is wonderful that David said \"I love you\". You are on the right track looking for the best in him and praising that! The Law of Attraction states that what we dwell on is what will increase. Dwell on the positive in your son and in life. Love, Judy
Don\'t\' worry about the one day you were off. you will be ok. You are doing great with the exercise
I do hope things to continue going well with David.
Good for you that you came right back afer all the BBQ! It takes courage to be honest about your activities(good/bad). You keep it up, okay?!
Take care.
