Well, here is the update:
Drove 8 hrs with my Mom down to Lexington NC on Sunday.  I ended up taking a blind rescue dog with me to NC (a blind yorkie poo named Teddy.)  He was SO cute.  But we would take him to go pee when we stopped and I would forget the poor little guy was blind until he would walk off a curb.  The blind dog rescue is sending him to boot camp and little Teddy's rides kept falling through, so a volunteer showed up with him Sunday AM.  We hit lots of traffic going down.  I guess a lot of people didn't want to travel with the tornadoes and bad weather on Saturday.  We went to see Speedy at gave Teddy to Beth.  She is the rescue that had Speedy.  (His name is now Maxwell.)  He was SO cute and so full of energy!  I have pictures on FB.  My mom and I went to eat dinner at Ruby Tuesdays and I had a steak and baked potato and green beans.  I started getting hot flashes and nauseous at the restaurant and had to go to the bathroom.  Had a touch of diarrhea.  By the time we got back to hotel, I felt REALLY bad and anxioius and hot flashes and nauseaous.  I ended up taking a Xanax which did help a little after about 10-15 minutes.  I felt so horrible.  This was my first hotel stay since my rush to the hospital last year for the panic attacks.
I woke up Monday AM and had another anxiety attack and took another Xanax and could not eat breakfast.  After we got on the road, I felt SO much better.  We picked up Maxwell.  He did great in the car.  My mom drove the first 3 hrs.  I drove the rest of the way.  Did not get home until 6:15pm.  Lots of accidents and traffic coming home.  Did almost 1000 miles round trip.  Maxwell and Kona ran around my yard and played.  It was a trip.  Then my mom left to take him home.  I was tired driving but otherwise felt good.  After I got home and relaxed on recliner, I started feeling a little icky but did have two small pieces of frozen cheese pizza.
Slept good last night but still really tired today like jet lag.  Drove to Willow Grove PA for a large water claim, over 1 hr each way.  Thank God driving is fine!  Did have a major hot flash a short time ago, slightly nauseous and slightly anxious.  No Xanax.
I felt awful having to take the Xanax.  It had been weeks since I had to take one.  Looked at calendar.  Still wondering if this is hormone related.  Last bad anxiety attack was a couple of weeks prior to TOM.  Now I have been taking Lexapro since then.  But now having these hot flashes, anxiety attacks about 1 1/2 weeks prior to TOM.
Got a fire yesterday on my day off and another today.  One of my coworkers is off today.  Under a lot of pressure to get work done but think I will take it easy tonight and get some rest.  Still feel tired.  Weather did not help- cold and rainy today.  Praying for warmth and sunshine!  Still!
Food is bad.  Exercise was great until Sunday and Monday in car all day.  Going to try to get in some Wii Walk It Out tonight.
