Feeling Good
Well, I just missed my mileage goal for March. I was shooting for 105 miles and did 101. My average daily steps for 2011 right now is 9019. I went to Zumba today and I am almost at 10,000 steps for the day. I may take the dog out for a walk to make up for the crappy steps the last two days. Food this past week was really bad and I gained 1 1/2 lbs. So I am going to try to eat brutally clean the rest of the week and lose 2 lbs. I guess I am at 3 weeks on Lexapro and this past week was really good. no major panic/anxiety episodes, no Xanax. I did get a little anxious just before TOM started. Again, still think my hormones are triggering this.
Big argument in the family again. Now this time it is my sister. I can't even talk with her without her putting me on speaker phone with her boyfriend listening and he always has to butt in with his opinions about family stuff and it bothers me. And he went off on me and yelled saying "what gives me the right to judge" and he was way off base. He apologized for yelling but not for saying what he said. Ugh!
Still looking for a dog for my mom. Fingers crossed. I found one in Charlotte NC and waiting to hear back. Kind of dreading work this week but at least I am working from home tomorrow. 2 weeks of new counseling with David. Still too soon to tell but I am still hopeful.
4/10 is 5K MS walk with my friends from karate/Zumba. My one friend has MS who is walking. My cousin and another friend's wife also have MS. 4/10 after MS walk is my baby niece Lucia's 1 year birthday party. 4/16 is the blue white game at Penn State! Can't wait. Praying for good weather. last year was cold and rainy. I got in over 8 or 9 miles last year when I went walking around the campus all day!
