Well, yesterday was good but last night I felt the anxiety coming back. This morning it was back and I was getting shaky. TOM is due tomorrow (if I get it on time. Last one was early.) I am wondering if this has an affect on my eating (I was doing great and then binged 3 days this week as I had CRAVINGS for chocolate and cake.) Also, I think that maybe it has something to do with the anxiety as well. I am trying to keep track. I did go to church this AM but I did take a Xanax before I left. I was so grateful to be able to sit through church the whole time. I am starting to feel a little crampy now this afternoon and I have been really tired yesterday and today.
I binged 3 days last week, bad. I gained 1 lb. Back up to 150.5 lbs. So I am going to try to lose 2 this week. Today, so far so good. Did 35 minutes on Wii Walk It Out and going to Zumba in a few minutes. Paul and David are eating corned beef and cabbage and I am going to eat some fish and rice and veggies. (Panko breaded Tilapia from Trader Joes.) Yum! I got in over 13,000 steps yesterday, 5 miles. Shooting for the same for the rest of the week to get my miles over 100 for the month.
Paul took Kona for a walk today. That was nice. He needs to do that more often. The jerky customer who threatened me a few months ago? Just sent me a series of horrible emails again this weekend. Going to forward them to my boss. He is demanding I call him over the weekend or respond to his email. I am going to respond to him at 8:01 AM on Monday and no sooner. Anyone else i would. he keeps saying that he is going to complain as high up as he can to try to get me fired. I am desperately trying not to let him get to me. it isn't easy.
Sun was out this weekend but highs were only in the low to mid 40's and I am really getting tired of the cold. Well, I hope I was able to catch up with everyone this weekend. I tried! Take care! Going to be another busy week this week with work (already scheduled out several days on the road and possibly some additional overtime.) I hope everyone has a great week! Also going to try to read a little my new Susan Wiggs book.

13,000 steps yesterday -- I am duly impressed! Think I\'ll tackle my WIO technical problems this afternoon as an homage to that feat! You sound strong and determined today, as well as successful - way to go!
Well done you on the 13,000 steps yesterday, I\'ve managed just over 12,000 today. I had set a target of 75 miles in March, but have well and truly beaten that and now aiming for 120 by end of the month.
My TOM is approaching as well - well it will be if I have one this month (missed last month - and no I\'m not pregnant). I really crave chocolate and cake and also fast food in the approach to it, so don\'t be surprised if your bingeing is to do with that and your cravings. I also know that in the approach to it my depression get\'s worse, little things will tip me over the edge and I find I\'m not coping, so again yes your anxiety might well be linked to it, so keep an eye on it.
Reference the jerky customer - I would forward the mails to your boss and ask him/her to respond and to deal with the customer from now on, he\'s obviously got it in for you, so there is no point in trying to deal with him.
We\'ve had the sun out this week as well and temperatures have been reaching the low 60\'s so was quite warm with it, fingers crossed it will stay for a while.
Take care of yourself this week, and hope to catch up with you soon.
Great job with the steps. Don\'t worry about the cranky customer. he\'s troubling you over the weekend when you are officially off. (unless this is over time for you ?) Monday morning is good. what does he want from you anyway?
How was your class at the Y?
Take care and don\'t worry about the over eating.
I think your boss should take care of that customer. He is going above and beyond what he should be doing - that is harrassment -contacting you at home on your day off.
Good job on all those steps. You will beg that weight off. Take care HUGS
I agree your boss should take care of that customer. It would take a lot of pressure off of you.No one should be harassed like that!
Great effort on the steps! Are you journaling for you anxiety? It might give you and your Dr. clues as to the causes.
The cranky customer can wait for your work day. You should not be expected to work on your personal time. Good idea to forward the emails so your superiors know just what is going on. I would be interested in their response to this customer.
I am just going to start a Susan Wiggs book - Summer at Wiggins Lake. Are we reading the same book?
Hi! In this day and age, people \"go off\" so readily! Stress builds up and even nice people can get crazy and abusive. Try not to take it personally, and definitely let your boss know. The customer, in this case, is not \"always right\" as they used to say.
As for weather, it\'s been a cruel JOKE in Virginia! After being 70 plus degrees in Feb. and 80 in March, our blood got thin and we got spoiled. Holy crow, when it turned COLD, DAMP & UGLY WITH SNOW IN SOME PLACES, we didn\'t deal with it very gracefully. Winter is back. Love, Judy
