Update

Well, several good things today, hopefully.  My friend (mother of boy who was here the other night) called and we talked some more about what happened.  I hope and pray that that is a good sign.  It went as well as could be expected under the circumstances and I apologized to her again.  The state worker called.  We have an appointment on Tuesday, 3/1/11 at 3pm with David re:  plan of action for treatment for David.  Please say prayers, but appears we are finally being heard and getting somewhere!  Phew!
We got 6" of snow last night.  Thank goodness I used Paul's car to go to my appointment this AM, which is AWD Subaru and had no problems driving.  Frozen pipe/water claim.  Very high end home.  I am going stir crazy!  It gets to be 8pm and I am just done, stick me with a fork and I am having a hard time with this.  I have not had any full fledged panic attacks since last Sunday and Monday (over a week ago) when I got sick.  But this stir crazy feeling, like being "cooped up" is putting me a little on edge.  Praying for Spring.  Need to maybe bump the exercise back up again.  Even Paul and David have been moody.  I guess it is just SAD and cabin fever.
Eating is ok.  Did binge that one day, Saturday but ok before and after that.  No longer taking the Donatal but still feel some intestinal cramping here and there after eating.  no where near as bad as before.  But now I think I am a little constipated from this medicine, and maybe that is why I feel bloated and uncomfortable and crampy?  Eating oatmeal and fruit, etc.  Trying to get regular again.
I did 1 hr of Zumba on Sunday AM.  Did 38 minutes of Wii Walk it Out Sunday night.  hit 15k steps.  Yesterday I did 30 minutes of free step on Wii Fit Plus (with the stand) and then 30 mins jog.  got to 10k steps yesterday.  My weight feels a little "stuck" due to intestinal issues.  Trying not to let it get to me.  Boy, the step aerobics with the balance board on the stand really kicked my butt, literally!  I am sore!
Sent out 3 applications for puppies to rescues for my mom.  Hopefully something will come up.
