Doing ok
Got to the Y this AM in spite of the cold temps and bitter wind. It was not easy getting up this morning. Yesterday was Day 3 in a row, binge free. Did 1 hr of Wii WIO yesterday. Ate 1445 calories, burned 1971 calories. Today, I did 37 mins on treadmill, 3.6 mph walking with (4) intervals of jogging for 2 1/2 mins each at 4.7 mph. did 2.32 miles. (I am huffing and puffing after 2 1/2 mins of jogging, so need to build myself up.)
Weight this AM was 155 lbs, so I am back on my way down and feeling good about that. Sun is out this AM (although it is bitter cold) but that at least helps me feel better.
Work is still chaotic but I am trying to "ignore" the stress so to speak and just focus on one thing at a time and pray for a break and try not to "care" about being behind. I get myself too upset and then become unproductive.
I think this weekend I will work out that priority list/to do list just so I can refocus and get myself unstuck. I need to schedule time in my day/week for "me" things, like reading my book. When I smoked, I used to go out to the sunroom 15+ times per day to smoke a cigarette and while there would read. I haven't read a lot since I stopped smoking. So I need to kind of schedule that in as I miss it. And I miss sitting in the sunroom. (waiting for a nice warm day to clean the sunroom first!)
Anyway, still praying for Spring and warmth. Trying to take it one day at a time. David is ok although I came home from the Y this AM and there is trash all over my deck. Apparently David was told to take the trash out before school and bag ripped and he got mad and took off to school bus without picking it up. Paul was going to clean it up saying "I can't possibly leave that out there like that all day." I said "yes you can. he can clean it up when he comes home at 3:15pm." No yelling. I am just going to say, can you clean up the mess please? He has gotten his homework done every day for 2 weeks now. Praying that continues as well.
