OK

Doing ok.  Exercise is good.  Doing lots of Wii Walk It Out.  Got 16 inches of snow the other day and spent hours shoveling.  I am still sore!  But getting mega steps in.  But food is not so great.  I binged on junk food a few times.  I need to get a handle on that better this week.  I need to plan better.  I am just craving everything: chocolate, cake, junk, fast food.  And out of the blue, a few times this week, even craving cigarettes.  Ugh!
David is OK.  At least I don't think he has been sneaking out the last few days.  But he finally earned enough money to pay off the damage he caused before Christmas to the window and wall and he got his Ipod yesterday.  He was so excited.  I give him credit.  5:30 AM of the snow storm, he was out shoveling.  But then he said that you had to have a credit card to sign up for itunes.  Paul put in credit card and specifically told him NOT to buy anything.  15 minutes later, he bought an app, a cd (death metal) and a Freddy vs Jason rated R movie.  We did not know this until today.  Apple was great.  removed the charges and we removed the content from his ipod.  And I now find out, you do NOT have to have  a credit card.  he can save up $10 and buy itunes gift card at Best Buy or whereever and then use that.
Kona is fine.  Still have some more antibiotics but I think infection all cleared up now.  Paul is ok.  Still driving me nuts with his depression.  At least we got a little sun the one day we were out shoveling.  So he had a good day getting out in the sun and getting some physical exercise.
This week is going to be a total focus on work.  My brain was really out of it last week and I am a little burnt out and a lot frustrated and I have to fight past this.  I am praying for a weight loss.  I feel "stuck."  More snow expected later this week!  Ugh!  I drove into Philadelphia yesterday and it was awful!  no parking and all the side streets were covered with ruts, ice, snow.  Thank God I took Paul's Subaru that is all wheel drive.
Oh, and I went to bowling last night and left the bowling alley at 9:15pm.  It was filing up with teens as they have red pin bowling and music and videos and games after 9pm.  I found out this AM that someone went there at 11:40pm last night after I left and shot 4 people!  OMG!  The manager, Alan, was shot there about a year ago.  The owners, Bob and Kim have kids David's age and younger and David usually comes with me to bowl with them.  They are super nice people and belong to my church.  it is a shame!  What is this world coming to?!

So glad you were not at the bowling alley when the shootings happened! Super scary!
Great that you found out about the credit card and Itunes. Now David can earn his own money and I am sure he will appreciate how he spends it more.

16 inches of snow in one day - OMG! That had to shut your area down. How many days until Spring?

I am so happy you left the bowling alley before all this happened. They need security if this has happened before. So sad. I hope the family that owns the alley is fine. Did anyone die from this shooting? how sad. you are right what is this world coming to?

Now that you found out what David did he can now earn what he needs for his ipod. Maybe, it will help him grow up and feel in better about himself.

Hope we dont\' get anymore snow, i\'m tired of shoveling. i had to shovel again yesterday afternoon. so tired of it.
