Busy

Well, trying to do a quick update:  Still doing 1 Lexapro a day and only 1 Xanax in AM.  Over the last 1 1/2 weeks, I had a couple of minor scary shaky episodes that were short and not bad.  Drove all day yesterday and Sunday and not a single panic attack.  Phew!  I am on chapter 2 of my book on panic attacks.  too busy this week to read much more.  I would also like to finish my other regular book, "The Passage" but haven't gotten to that in a while either.  My biggest problem is fatigue.  In the afternoons, I am so dead tired, I can't seem to get anything done.  I think it is the meds for sure.  I have caught a little bit of a break at work, Thank God!  But I am still struggling as I am so tired and can't seem to motivate myself.  So this is good news/bad news.
House is a disaster.  Most of cabinets out now.  Refrigerator getting moved to the foyer tomorrow.  Old stove and oven getting disconnected and new window going in.  Dust everywhere.  I am going to lock myself in my office tomorrow with the dog.  Things are also moving along with the basement as well.  A couple of minor setbacks/delays.  Husband is freaking out.  Xanax for me must be working as I am not sweating it right now.  My eating is really bad.  Anything and everything.  It is like being on prednisone!  Ugh!  And I eat even when I am full and I am nauseaus!   And I feel slightly down.
i did not get to the Y at all last week.  Like I said, sleeping and fatigue is huge.  But, for some reason, I am totally off the charts with Wii Walk it Out.  Took me from February to a few weeks ago to complete the game (although I wasn't doing it every day.)   I did go to Zumba Sunday AM.  I have been doing Wii Walk It Out almost every day am already 22% of the way through the game a 2nd time.  I have over 200,000 steps for month of August already!  Woo Hoo!  72 miles as of yesterday.
So I am just taking it one day at a time.  Need to find balance between caring enough and yet not paniking over every little detail.  Paul is a maniac right now.  Screaming over everything!  I am going to slip a Xanax into his coffee if this keeps up!  David isn't doing bad, in spite of it all.  he did have a screaming match with Paul on Sunday and ran away for a few hours in the pouring rain.  (he went to a friend's house but did not call.)  He did come home on his own.  He did apologize.
School starts in a few weeks.  8/29.  Can't wait!  Kona is doing fine.  Still on antibiotics.  My friends 15 year old son bowled a perfect game last week!  A 300!  It was awesome to see it!  12 strikes in a row.  It was his first one.  He has a 232 average.  this week is our last week of Jr/Adult bowling league for David and I.  That will give me a break until my Friday night adult league starts up after Labor Day.
I will try to catch up with everyone this week!  Hugs to all in the meantime!
