Went to the Y yesterday:  Treadmill 46 miles, jogging/walking.  Did 3.05 miles.  Jogged 3 minutes, walked a while, jogged 3 mins, walked a while, etc.  Also did 20 minutes of upper body weights.  I also went bowling last night in my league with David.  Did great on the eating until I got to bowling, as I was too busy to make something healthy and ate junk at the bowling alley.
Yesterday:  coffee, oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, 99% fat free Progresso Minestrone soup (1/2 can), 1 slice of bread with peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, light butter micro popcorn, hamburger & fries at the bowling alley.  Oh, & 2 diet cokes.  I need to up the fruits/veggies.  I ate 1888 calories, burned 2226.  Did over 12,000 steps.  3rd day in a row over 10k.
Went to the Y today:  Treadmill 36 mins, jogging/walking.  Did 2.36 miles.  Jogged 4.8 mph for 3 1/2 mins, walked, etc.  Intervals.  Also did 20 mins of lower body weights.
So I am now at 35 times for the year with 115 left to go for my shirt.  I need to increase my water, and fruits and veggies and get the calories down a bit more.
Work is ok.  I am kind of burnt out and trying to find some new motivation there.  It is a huge mental struggle for me right now.  But it has slowed down some.  David is home now from school and already driving me crazy.  Still don't know if he got into the 1 camp.  I am most likely going to sign him up at the Y.  Paul is off today at a produce auction in Leola buying more plants/shrubs, I am sure.
So that's it.  Day 3, check.  Onto day 4!  (Kathy, you with me?)

I think I just burned 2,000 calories myself, just reading about your workouts! I\'m exhausted LOL!

I think mainly keeping up the exercise helps balance the guilt we all feel when we don\'t eat right or even over-indulge in the wrong foods. So even though you had to eat junk at the bowling alley, you balanced it with exercising. Remember that!

Ah, I know what you mean about getting burnt out at work!!! I\'m so there, luckily we are heading to the beach next weekend! Great workouts and food looks great. Stay strong and motivated! As for the sparkpeople app, I don\'t know if it\'s the same I have b/c I have an Android, but it\'s great b/c you can keep track of food, exercise and water etc. It\'s great on the go!

You burned enough calories that day to cover that burger and fries so don\'t worry about it! That was a CRAZY hardcore workout!
Glad things are simmering down at work. David needs to get out of the house...kids go stir crazy and the older they get the more they want to be anywhere but where they are, lol!
Hope Paul brought home some nice veggie plants so you can get those veggies in!!!
Love ya!
