I went to the Y last night.  Walked 3.5 mph for 54 minutes.  Did 3 miles.  I have been out of it for a while, so just walked.  Will try to build myself back up to jogging again.  I did 49 minutes tonight of Wii Walk It Out.  Over 11,000 steps yesterday and I am over 9,000 so far tonight.  I am determined to get back on track.  2 days in a row documenting Fitday.  I did great yesterday until I sat down to watch tv and then binged.  Ugh!  A little better today.  Calories are in the 1700 range.  I would like to get them down a little more in the 1400 to 1600 range.  (Per Fitday, even with my exercise, I am only burning a little over 1900 calories a day.)
I have been working from home yesterday and today, so mostly on my butt, except for the exercise.  Maybe tonight I will do some Bender Ball crunches while watching tv with Paul.  I am also going to try to get up early tomorrow and get back to going to the Y early in the AM.  I always feel better when I do that.
Next week, my Health Circle starts meeting again but at the outdoor pool for water aerobics.  Gotta find a bathing suit that fits.
Weather was gorgeous today.  Upper 70's, sunny, light breeze, beautiful blue sky.  Had the windows open and it was great.
David's last day of school is tomorrow.  Hopefully I can keep this kid busy and out of my hair during the summer so I can work during the day.

33 times at the Y so far this year!  205 days in the year left.  Would be nice to get to 150 so I can get my frequent Y'er t shirt!  Oh, and if I go on Monday AM to exercise and then the pool in PM for water aerobics, that counts as 2 visits.  I also got my free YMCA cooler yesterday for the summer!

Great job getting in your workouts, I\'m always struggling with it. It\'s awful, but I try to do my in front of the TV too, I watch way too much TV at night!! Water aerobics sounds so fun! Congrats on burning so many calories! One binge......take one step back (acknowledge and ask why you did it) and make two steps forward (working out and getting your calories in check). You\'re gonna do fine! I\'ve noticed that since I joined sparkpeople.com that it has made a HUGE difference for me. I\'m not really thinking about having a binge. They have a great emotional eaters group that is just fantastic. Anyway, keep focusing and moving forward...YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!
