Went to the Y today.  Did treadmill, no weights.  (woke up and got out the door late.)  And I had to stop and do bloodwork at the lab on way home.  (Just f/u from Dr.)  I did 5 min warmup, jogged 7 mins at 4.7 mph, walked 5 min at 3.6 mph, jogged 7 1/2 min at 4.7 mph and then walked and then 5 min cool down.  36 mins total.  2.39 miles.  Food and calories last couple of days are good and have been eating healthier.  Water is still an issue/challenge.  Bowling last night and tonight.  4 days in a row over 10k steps.  Today should make it 5 as I am up over 7k steps so far.  I walked the dog last night, 42 minutes.

I got a new pair of Skechers Shape Up walking sneakers.  They have the rounded bottom and are really cushy, like walking on moon shoes.  I took the walk with the dog yesterday (first time I used them.)  Wow!  They really work your butt and calves!  I really like the way they feel.  I am going to wear them today.  I got new Nike Shox for running.  My knees and shins were beginning to bother me, so I new my old snearkers needed to be replaced as I had lost the support.  The Nikes are a little snug but all leather and should stretch.  Did good on my run today.  The Skechers feel weird but cool.  Jogged in place last night when I took the dog out to get over my 10k steps and it feels like I have springs under my feet!

Working from home today.  Determined to get this one big huge estimate done.  Very much under the gun and stressed and behind.  Trying not to think about it and just focus on this one thing for now.  TGIF!

Going to Penn State tomorrow for the festivities and Blue White game.  Chances of showers up there tomorrow and 54 degrees.  Not what I wanted to hear.  But going to try to have a good day regardless.  Just me and my Aunt are going.  4 hr drive each way.

Hoping for a couple of lbs down this week.  Should get there since food and exercise has been good.  Just have to watch myself tomorrow.
