Somehow I twisted my knee on Sunday night (exercising on Gazelle?)  Don't remember doing anything.  But Monday, woke up and every now and again would step and my knee would "give out" and there would be shooting pain.  Wrapped it in ace bandage and went shopping with Mom and was ok.  Only got 5000 steps in that day as I did not exercise.  Sunday & Tuesday over 10k steps.  I went to the Y yesterday and did 36 mins on treadmill.  No weights.  Today I went to the Y and did 36 mins on treadmill (2.40 miles!  Yipee!)  Did 25 mins of upper body weights.  My knee feels good.  Fingers crossed! Discomfort is now beyond discomfort today from gas and bloating.  I have not been "regular" for about 1 1/2 weeks now and kind of feeling run down?  Feeling like I am coming down with something but never really coming down with anything.  So for the next few days, going to try to cut back a little on the carbs, like breads, pasta, etc.  Will also try to drink more water, eat more veggies and fruit.  I took a Gas-X pill this AM and am now feeling a little better.  I am thinking A)  Maybe I am coming down with something, or B)  all the stress from the week before just caught up with me.  Paul says "Go to the Dr."  but I am not there yet.  Maybe I will also eat a little yogurt later.  Paul goes to the Dr for EVERYTHING.  I have to be dying to go to the Dr. David is still doing well!  Shame that his 1st marking period grades were so much in the toilet that it was near impossible for him to make any kind of great improvement.  But the grades he has been bringing home lately are much better.  Paul, on the other hand, has been a bear.  Just totally cranky.   On vacation this week.  Not alot accomplished yet.  Monday, spent with Mom.  Tuesday, ran some errands.  Today, chilling.  My mom and I went to Wegmans, my FAVORITE grocery store.  I don't have one near me, so we always go there when I visit.  Bought bagels, and also Ultimate Chocolate Cake for David and Paul.  My Mom bought Ultimate Vanilla Cake and gave me a slice.  OMG!  Wow!  Melts in your mouth!  The choclate cake has fudge icing.  And Halloween candy isn't helping me either!  So again, watching calories big time rest of week.  Praying the Phillies win tonight and go to a game 7!  Will most likely stay up late tonight again to watch the game.  Looking forward to Penn State game on Saturday against Ohio State.  Woo Hoo!
