I went to the YMCA 4 times last week.  I exercised 319 minutes.  I only did weights twice and they were not full workouts.  (The Y has been SO crowded the last couple of weeks.  They have a free sign up fee for the month of January, the joggers cannot go outside due to cold and ice, and the people who sign up due to New Year's Resolution.  I have to hang in there until March.)  I am so frustrated.  I did a little better on my eating with a few less points than the previous week.  So overall, more exercise and less points.  I was really hoping for 2 lbs.  I guess due to getting my period on Friday (I weigh Sunday AM,) that it just didn't happen.  I had a really good week last week.   I wasn't expecting to lose all 56 lbs in a couple of months, but this is SO frustrating.  I just didn't expect it to be this hard.  This is 2 1/2 months for me and 10.5 lbs.  And I have to say, this is one of the longest periods of time I ever stuck it out.  Before, I would get to 1 1/2 months, lose 10-15 lbs and stop.   I could look at the positive and say "Down is down" and 1/2 lb is better than nothing.  I guess I will just have try a little hard this week.  I even went through my food journals, going back over the last couple of years.  Can't figure it out.  Maybe just because I am a little older?  The ONLY difference this time is lifting weights.  Yes, muscle weighs more than fat, but also muscle burns more calories than fat.  I never lifted weights before as part of my weight loss regimen.

Just keep doing what you are doing and be patient, the weight will start coming off again. I read that this happens every 10 or so pounds. Guess that is why so many people quit their New Years Resolutions!
Have a great week!
