I had written a note to DS and got a response that their technical people were going to check inot my problem with not being able to upload photos.  Hopefully I will be up and running.  I opened up a Facebook account for the heck of it.  Completely by chance, was able to track down a dear friend of mine I had lost touch with many years ago!  I am so excited to find her!  I had moved my junior year in HS.  My former HS, I had gone to school with those kids since 1st grade!  So it was really rough for me.  Natalie was my first and dearest friend from my new school.   Snow/ice today.  David has off of school.  Thank goodness I did not have any appointments scheduled.  I would never make it out of my driveway as it goes straight down.  Kona LOVES the snow.  I took her out last night and Bailey (the golden retriever from next door) was out.  The two of them ran and played in the snow like kids.  It was so much fun to watch! Working from home again today, Thank God!  I am SO behind in my work.  I have to motivate myself in so many ways:  weight loss, working some OT, cleaning my house.  I don't know what happened.  Christmas came and my whole attitude went BLAH.   I have been doing well Sunday and Monday with getting over 10,000 steps.  Yesterday was only 8,700.  I am going to do some exercises later to make up the difference.  Food (especially eating at night) is still an issue.  Maybe I should take up knitting or something.  Give my hands and brain something else to do at night while watching tv, other than eat.  This wasn't so bad when I smoked.  I really noticed this as an issue after I quit a year ago.  So I know this is my biggest challenge right now, and old habits die hard.

Man, I can believe all this snow lately. For us it\'s stopped a bit, just 2\" the other night, not much for us. Dogs are so much fun to watch in the snow, my dogs love it too, Jimmy loves feeding them icecicles :) Great job on your steps!!!! Just do what you can, that\'s what I have been doing since been home alot w/Jimmy. No school all week for him, poor guy and then has to stay home tomorrow too, best to be back to norm though, and all rested up and strep gone. Just has to take meds for 10 days. Just wait those old habits will be gone once you know for sure that this new lifestyle is here to stay. I\'m in week 5 and just amazed cuz I\'ve never made it this far before. I just want to keep it going and be more aware of what I am doing. Your doing great, keep it up!!!
