Yes, I loss another lb and I hit the 10 lb mark.  And that is a good thing.  I am a little frustrated that it is only 1 lb a week.  I know Rome was not built in a day but I guess my expectations were 2 to 2.5 lbs per week.  I was kind of hoping to be close to my goal by my birthday in May.  So I am a little sad to come to the realization that I may have to change my expectation (on time frame.)  I am also going to try to bump up my efforts a little this week.  My exercise is OK, my eating is OK.  My points range is 21-27 points per day with Weight Watchers and I am at the time of my points range, averaging 26-27 per day.   I did do exercise 5x this week for a total of 255 min.  That averages to over 30 min per day.  I only made it to the YMCA 2x this week (but I did work out 3X on the Gazelle.)   So maybe if I bump the exercise up a tad and try this week to stay in the lower range of points, I can hit the 2 lbs.

Did you take measurements when you started? It could be that you are making more muscle and it weighs more than fat. I think you are doing terrific with both the exercise and WW points! Keep up the good work!

I think you are doing great, it\'s all in how you feel and how happy you are. I think bumping up the exercise will help and with the points, if your chosing healthier foods will help, I\'m not sure what types of foods you eat but just a though. Switch the higher carbs for lower carbs, more fruits and veggies and lean meats and fruits too. Find what works for you and you will get there. You can reach your goal! Congrats on the 1#, I\'ll take it :) (my weight has been stuck for a few weeks now)
