Ok, so I got invited to a "Viv Pickle Purse Party."  It was at my sister in laws last night.  Several issues- I had not really spoken with this brother in a long time.  I missed him and I am willing to forgive and pray he forgive me for the hurtful things we said to each other in the past.  And I so missed my little nephew who is turning 3 next week.  I have been to Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Longaberger, Party Lite.  I had no idea what to expect from a purse party.  I have to say, I had a wonderful time!  Did not get home until Midnight.  I get along with my sister in law's family and friends and it was so nice to see them.  I got to be around women and talk and laugh and I even had a glass of wine and some munchies.  Went over my points by a few for the day.  Oh well.  But had a great time.  You pick out a style of purse and then you completely design it- material, color (even the color of the zipper), pockets inside, size, length of strap, inside and outside material, what accessories, etc.  So I had a great time and am anxiously awaiting my new purse (and I am not even a purse guru.)  And after everyone left got some one on one time with my little nephew and my brother and his wife and I am praying that we can repair our relationship.  So I thank God for that opportunity!   Got my 35 min in yesterday on my Gazelle, 1.52 miles.  Did not get to 10,000 steps though.   Working from home today.  4 new fires this week but I remain relaxed.  TGIF!  Have some things I need to accomplish this weekend.  Will strive to remain positive and do my best.  Temperature is above freezing today and snow and ice is melting.  Hoping to get to the Y tomorrow and get some walks in this weekend.   Life is good today!
