In spite of my family, I feel pretty good today.  Son had one of his anger fits this AM before school.  He asks to bring soda to school for lunch.  He says they are allowed and I say "no, YOU are not allowed to bring soda to school."  He begins to slam things, throw things.  I go back in his room and I tell him to stop and finish getting ready for school and he says "no."  More banging, throwing.  His face is just filled with anger.  I am so worried about this kid.  It always involves him not getting his way.  I would imagine again, that it is only here with us, his parents.  I am also worried about husband.  His job has gone under.  He has now informed me he is going to see a psychiatrist, which I am very supportive of.  But he has in his head this dream of the way things are supposed to be, what his relationship is supposed to be like with his son, what his career is supposed to be like.  There is a rift between him and David and that worries me too.  Paul pulls himself back away.  He said, after David left for school, that he thinks David is going to be a runaway.  Yeah, I have those worries too.  But what are my alternatives?  Give up?  Paul's reaction to things is to often pull back.  Not completely, like giving up, but it sets things back big time.  I am tired of trying to always pick up the slace. But I am focusing on positive and me and the things I can change and I will pray for my husband and my son.  I went to the Y Tues evening and did 50 min on the treadmill and hit 3 miles.  Boy, I have to say it felt great!  Back to trying to get over 10k on pedometer.  Did not get there on Monday.  Yesterday did Wii Fit for 35 min (love the rhythm boxing!) and also the Gazelle for 35 min.  Did 1.48 miles on Gazelle (this is harder to do than just treadmill as I am using the resistance.  Kind of like walking knee deep in water.)   I tried on the size 12 pants today.  Could not get them buttoned (yet) but got them on.  I am close.  And for the first time could "see" a difference.  So it frustrated me and psyched me up at the same time.   Working from home today.  Phone has only rung twice and Kona sleeping on my feet.  I so needed this break.

Ooh almost size 12!!!! That\'s awesome! Hang in there with your boy and hubby. Stay patient and strong and stick with your answers to them, and you will get through and they will learn how to treat you and others. You are doing so great. That sounds so nice with Kona sleeping on your feet!

Wow look at you go! You are awesome! Getting into the 12\'s SUPER. I got into my next size down (NOT 12s) and got them zipped. But they did not look good so back into the drawer. We will get in them soon! This is our year!

My size 14\'s are baggy. So in a small way, I can \"see\" the difference. I probably should have been a size 16 as the 14\'s were uncomforatbly tight. But due to the bagginess, It is hard to see the weight loss. Eventhough I could not button them yet, I could \"see\" the possibilities. I actually saw a skinnier me for the first time in a long time. It has probably been over 10 years since I was a size 12.

Yea! Not too long and you will be in those 12\'s...good job!!! it\'s hard work...I know!
I have also been where you are now with your son and hub! It will work out, just keep plugging along! And as Dr. Phil says \"This family needs a Hero\" and you are it!!! Your hub and son need you to be that right now...I know it\'s not fair...but in time you will see that it will all be worth it! :)
There may have been or may be a time when your hub or even your son will be that \"hero\" too!!!
Hang in there...and keep up the \"positive\"...you are doing great!!!
