had a "mini meltdown" at work last week, crying, so sick of pain. vicodin aint working too well. Seeing gyn sept 6th, maybe a lap surgery, if theres nothing, then I need to think about long term pain meds. How do I get my hubby to understand whats going on with me, he dosent even ask how iam, ever!

I think that if your husband isn\'t willing to try and see how working is affecting you. You may have to think of your own health and quit your job no matter what your husband says. You might be able to look for a desk job, or even cut your hours way back with your current employer.
Sometimes even in marriage you have to think of your self.
Take care and hopefully your work suffering will decrease dramatically.
I cant quit totally, i cover our health ins., I wrote hubby a note telling him that I cant talk to him and that I need to work less hours, no response. My boss is willing to cut my hours to 6 hr days or 3 days a week.
I understand my aunt is in the same situation but if you can decrease your hours that would help you greatly. My suggestion is to cut back your hours and maybe he will notice and be understanding. Since I really do not know him i cant tell if he is just that distant of a husband or if he is just unaware.
My dad wasn\'t very aware until my mom had some severe medical complications and developed seizures and he had to manage everything. Then she had a successful brain surgery. With more medical complications including septic shock which usually kills 1 in 2 people. Now he is very attentive and protective of my mom. He is a completely changed guy.
I hope this helps.
