I've been trying positive thinking as a treatment and I can say that it helps, bu it's so hard for me, personally, to be positive. Sometimes I forget and I dig myself into a hole again. The negative thoughts manifest so easily in my head that I feel like I have no control over it. Anyway, today I noticed something about myself. When I was walking around campus I noticed that even if I'm not really upset or angry, I walk around with a scowl on my face. It's really a downer, because that's just the way my face is; the corners of my mouth are always pointing down. So, I've decided to do something about it. On Monday I'm going to try to look more 'pleasant', if that's the right word. It'll take a lot of effort, but who knows, maybe I'll end up feeling better.

A few years ago I realized that I gave everyone the \"death stare\", like \"don\'t you dare approach me\",and I\'ve been told my stare is really intense. So I\'ve been working on tuning that down. Not sure if it\'s paying off yet though...
