I find that after every episode of his drug abuse it takes me longer to "shake" off the anger and resentment.  I know it has only been a few days since the last time but the anger depresses me and effects how i am looking at the rest of the world.  I am in the middle of moving right now but once i am settled i am definitly looking up some of the books that were reccommended to me, just for my own support.  I do see a councilor almost every week but i would still like to better understand where i am in all this mess and what i can do to make the best of the circumstances.  I am very upset that my husband always tries to shrug off the severity of the effect his drug problem has on me.  He is always angry that it has caused me any stress he never tries to understand why i am upset. It is very important right now that i take care of myself, i have suffered from depression for at least 10 years although i find that with all that has been going on that i have not let myself be sucked back into it, i think that has alot to due the my children and knowing i always need to be on the lookout for them and make sure they are always safe.  I am no good to myself or them if i let the anxiety and depression take over but this is much easier said then done.
