Today i went for what i thought would be my final scan before egg pickup, but my eggs are not big enough yet.  I am to continue nose spray and injections until friday and then have another scan.  My doctor will have a better idea on friday when my pickup will be, he assumes next monday.  He asked us how many embryos we would like put back in, and when we said 2 he was a bit funny about it saying they only recommend putting back 1 in.  I raised the issue that the frozen embryos arent as good as the fresh ones and he said thats true but the risk of having twins and having premature births is not too good.   ha.  its so confusing.  We need to think more about 2 embryos or 1 embryo.   I feel ok so far just tender ovaries.
