Well it is night and I always feel better at this time. No one needs anything from me and no one talks back to me. It's sad to crave night. My drug of choice right now is quiet and food. Not good. I'm trying so hard to not allow myself to slip into my old stinkin thinkin. But it's like an old shoe it just slides right on. Sux!

The kids were pretty good tonight and I got out of the house to walk (cold) but who cares. I power walked and blasted my fall out Boy on my ipod!! Love it! Got some endorphins that helped a lot. Kids were actually cute and well behaved. Shane had some moments butnothing bad. Thank God "phew". I'm sore all over from shoveling and tension. I brushed Shane tonight and joint compressioned him. He was being very gentle. Man this stuff works as long as you do it. Tomorrow back on the regime damn it!
