Sunday, September 21, 2008.  -- 10:20 A.M. Just before leaving to go to a birthday party yesterday afternoon, I looked through my e-mail and was pleasantly surprised to see something from my brother (Lee).  He just returned from a trip to his wife's 50th high school reunion.   He said that he did not have a driver's license right now, but should by October, and that he would be able to attend a family conference.  He wanted to know if I was interested in the cause of my past addiction, and that he was "curious about your curiosity."  He said there were "lots of family problems we might explore."  Lee said that he would try and call both my sister and I today.   I must admit that I did not expect to hear from Lee.  The fact that he wrote tells me that he must care about me in one way or another.   Now that I have my brother and sister prepared to go to the family conference with me, I am having second thoughts as to whether I really want to have a conference at all.  Actually, it was not my idea to begin with.  It was the "brainstorm" of my social worker.  I will have to think about this for the rest of today.   Famous Quote: "Classic - a book which people praise and don't read." -- Mark Twain
