July 19, 2008 – 10:40 A.M. The main item on my schedule today is watching some videos and trying to unwind from some stress.   Things went much better at bedtime last night. The CNA did not “body slam” me when putting me into bed. I finally felt as though I was landing on eggs that were not to be broken. I suspect that someone from her office may have talked with her about my situation.   My social worker at the mental health clinic exchanged emails with me yesterday. He is expecting to see both my sister and I on Monday morning. I am undecided as to exactly how I feel about that. If he asks me the “wrong” questions, and if I answer them truthfully, my sister may not speak to me for a long time. On the other hand, it might be a good time to clear up a few things between us.   I have not gotten a reply to the email I sent to my brother yesterday. That is no big surprise. I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt by thinking he might be out of town, and just not gotten the email.   Quotes for Success:   “You are the only one who can use your ability. It is an awesome responsibility.” Zig Ziglar

How cool of a name is Zig Ziglar?

I hope it goes well with your sister. You know, if she doesn\'t speak to you for a long time then maybe it was meant to be that way. Regardless, it\'s good to have a mediator around when you talk to her. Then she might hear you a bit better. I\'m here for you either way. I get really upset after seeing or talking to family but am too guilt ridden to cut off ties.

Whatcha watching? I saw Lars and the Real Girl last night (recommended by Lucyboo) and it was great. I could relate. I\'ll bet you could, too. I also watched Elephant Man with my son and cried my eyes out. It seems so easy to get lost in this world and then so hard to find yourself.
