I have discovered that the best way to like myself more is by helping others. I am trying to do this through the creation of two groups, Laughing Matters and Disabled Survivors of Sexual Abuse. Laughing Matters seems to have gotten off to a good start, but Disabled Survivors of Sexual Abuse is struggling somewhat, which is probably due to the intensive, but important, subject matter.

Actually, I have the exact date we found each other - it\'s just temporarily missing. lol

It really does teach us to like ourselves more in helping others. I have found that when I help someone else, I am also helping myself.
