I really don't have too much to say today, so I will just write a few lines to make sure that I stay in the habit of doing it. Yesterday I made a complaint with my home health care agency about one of the new CNAs who's been helping me part time. When she was helping me get into bed on Saturday, she twisted my right knee, which is still causing me to have some pain. I made a formal complaint about that, as well as the fact that she keeps getting here too early at night. I know for a fact that the company called her sometime on Monday. When she arrived here that night, she just stared at me and sat on my couch. If looks could kill, I would be dead by now. A second CNA showed up to work with her Monday night, and was supposed to give her some more training. The first CNA did not like any part of that. I am hoping that she will tell the agency she does not want to work with me anymore. Every now and then, some of the medicine I take for depression really kicks in with a bang. That happened yesterday. When I woke up in the morning, I was super-hyper. I was in a great mood and couldn't stop talking and joking. That mood stayed with me throughout most of the day. In late afternoon, I suddenly ran out of steam. That great mood was gone. I still have mixed emotions about that. It usually happens about once a month, and lasts a few days. Since this was over in just one day, I now feel cheated. I'm going to spend most of today copying and pasting journal entries dating back to almost a year ago. My psychologist said that it would help her if I would send her copies of my entries. If that will help her, and help me in the process, I have nothing against it. That just means I will spend some of my time doing some boring work. Quotes for Love: “How does one measure time? No, not in day, months, or years. It is measured by the most precious of all things: Love. Without which all beings and things whether brave and/or beautiful would perish.” Irish Blesshin
