8:55 AM – M.S.T.   I woke up this morning to the disturbing news that one of the CNAs who gets me up in the mornings has a family emergency and will not be here for one month.  At least she notified my home health care agency, and I do have a replacement for the time being.   Tomorrow I am supposed to see my psychiatrist, and on Thursday am supposed to see a psychologist.  The only problem I have with any of this, which I hope to correct some time today, is that I am having difficulty reaching the company that provides my transportation.  The last time I called, which was about ten minutes ago, there were twenty-eight people in line ahead of me.  There is no way in the world that I am going to stay on the phone waiting for someone to answer it for that length of time.  It looks like I will have to call every five or ten minutes until I am able to get an operator.   Since we have nice weather today, I had planned on going out to do some shopping -- or looking, as the case may be.  I woke up with a sore throat and cold, so that has caused me to change all my plans for today.   Quotes for Happiness:   “Money can't buy happiness, but it does quiet the nerves.”   Anonymous

Love the qoute, Man, that would really be getting on my nerves, I am sorry that you are having so much trouble with the transportation agency, is this the only one around?

Yes, this is the only transportation agency around, although there are rumors that another one may be started in the future. For the time being, this agency has a monopoly on it. :(

Love the quote -- bet money works better than tranqs. What a pain to have to wait so long to get through to your transportation company. That must drive you crazy!
