This is the sixth week that I have gone without making any plans to commit suicide. That does not necessarily mean that I am extremely happy, but it does mean that I am alive for the time being.
Well, the way I see it is as long as I\'m allive and kicking there\'s always hope. But seriously Jim I wasted years being suicidal (tried killing myself seven times). My therapist gave me some wise advice -- she said as long as I viewed suicide as an option I would never really start living. How true. Suicide is no longer an option for me. Life is short enough without us contributing to our misery.
It\'s really up to you. Are you going to really live or just make the motions.
