I like to be around people who have a good sense of humor.  Most of the people who work for me do have this characteristic.  If I can feel happy, optimistic, or crack a joke now and then, I feel that I have been successful in this goal for at least that day. The people who get me up in the mornings are usually extremely happy and funny.  I like to be around them and they always manage to start my day out on a good note.
