I must be losing my mind. For the last few days, I have been debating whether to go to my Relapse Prevention Group on Monday evening. There is snow on the ground and the temperature for tomorrow evening is supposed to be in the low teens. Everybody keeps telling me to miss the meeting and take care of my physical health first. I have already scheduled a ride to the meeting, but that can always be canceled. For most people this would be a simple decision to make, but for me it has grown into quite a dilemma. I suspect that I will make a final decision sometime tomorrow.
Sleep was hard to come by last night. I was awake until about 1 AM, at which time I turned off my TV because I thought I was sleepy enough to go to sleep. It was a fitful sleep as I continued to wake up and then go back to sleep throughout the night. I am feeling somewhat better today than I have for most of the past week.
Since I have stayed at home for the last couple of weeks, I am starting to go stir crazy. If I do not get out of here soon, I am going to go mad. I would like to go to a few places, but the inclement weather is holding me back. I do not think that I would really like to go outside where the temperature is a balmy 6°.
I guess that I will have to watch some videos, listen to some music, or cuddle up with a good book. All I need to have is a good fire in the fireplace, except that I do not have a fireplace to begin with. Maybe some of this Chocolate Mud Pie will make me perkier too!

So sorry you had a bad night JimK. I have had a few of those recently myself. As a fellow journalist, I recommend a good book, and a comfy, warm corner of the couch. :-)
